Nature

For eons, the world of Kaledor has been influenced by the introduction of extra-planar life. Although the majority of these forms of life cannot survive away from their planes of origins for long, many have adapted to the various terrains of Kaledor, most often to areas similar to their natural habitats.

Frostberry

Blue-green leaves and white berries coated in flakes of frost make this hedge sized bush easily distinguished among other plants. The tendency for these bushes to grow along the frozen plains of Frostooth make them even more easily noticed to any who venture so far south. Although they are edible, their tendency to remain freezing cold even after being consumed makes them dangerous to eat in their native habitat. Ships out of Glamerport sometimes bear small barrels of these berries to warmer places, where their stubborn adherence to frigidness makes for a refreshing treat.

Moon Leaf

Hailing originally from the world of the Fey, moon leaf is a small, leafy, bushy, shrub that blooms beneath the light of the full moon. When harvested in bloom, dried, and burned, it causes a sense of euphoria combined with a slight clouding of the mind. Elves utilize it in certain religious ceremonies, while gnomes craft cigars of moon leaf which they smoke for recreation.
